Festival, USJ, then neighbourhood food and saved spots.
Morning Arrive / settle into Osaka. If you land early, train to Kishiwada for the festival.
Afternoon Danjiri atmosphere, then back to Osaka before it gets tiring.
Evening Hotel, easy dinner, or leave blank if flight timing is tight.
Food idea · Ganko Kishiwada Gofuso Garden — a calm first-night Japanese set meal in a garden setting.
Morning Universal Studios Japan — arrive before opening.
Afternoon Continue USJ; leave around 15:30 for a relaxed return.
Evening Round1 Sennichimae only if no work call; otherwise dinner near hotel.

One park day, two city days, then the weekend events.
Morning Shinkansen from Osaka; leave bags at hotel.
Afternoon Gajoen Tokyo / Meguro; add REEAST Rage Room only if the train is early.

Evening Early ryokan dinner, then work.
Morning Hamamatsuya woodcraft.
Afternoon Naraya Cafe and Miharashichaya Utsuki; only add Lake Ashi if you have energy.

Evening Simple seafood dinner near Ito Station and an early night.
Morning Train towards Izu-Kogen, then Izu Shaboten Zoo for the capybara hot-spring moment and Mount Omuro views.

Evening Unhurried dinner in Ito.
Morning Local train south to Kawazu Seven Waterfalls or stay closer for a slow Ito beach / café day.
Afternoon Choose one route, not both; this is the deliberately empty day.

Evening Last dinner and pack.
Your saved places point to an atmospheric mix of onsen, art, odd local culture and old streets. Izu is now in the main route; Oita and Niigata/Sado stay as strong alternatives for another trip.
Festival energy, cafés, Mount Shigi, Wakayama and the cat train.
Tea houses, crafts and a calmer kind of traditional city.
Your saved places point here: historic ryokan architecture, dessert, capybaras, coast and onsen.
Your saved onsen-and-cinematic alternative: rural scenery, ryokan and anime-adjacent finds.
Kitazawa ruins, Echigo-Tsumari, Kiyotsu Gorge and sake—save this as an art-and-landscape trip.
A playful final detour: themed trains, cat stationmaster and countryside calm.
